CARRIAGE SURCHARGES (ZONE B) (OFFSHORE ISLANDS) All parcels delivered within the Zone B area, (see table) of the United Kingdom carry a surcharge of £10.00 per consignment, making the total carriage cost per consignment £14.95*. This will be charged to the sales invoice accordingly. Allow between 7 to 21 working days for delivery. Carriage upgrades will be charged at the surcharge rate & upgrade rate. (e.g. Express delivery £14.95 + £9.95 = £24.90) per consignment and may take up to 4 working days for delivery. Unfortunately, Premium, Next day and Saturday delivery is not available to Zone B.

unused item(s) in their original packaging to 'TOWSURE PRODUCTS LTD' accompanied with the receipt /
invoice and we will be pleased to offer you an exchange or refund - no hassles, for your total peace of mind.
PRICES & VAT
All prices displayed are in £'s sterling and include VAT at 17.5%. The prices and terms & conditions set out in our catalogue are correct at the time of going to print. The 2006 catalogue is valid until the launch of our new catalogue in February 2007 and supersedes all previous catalogues. On the rare occasion where there is an error in the catalogue, we will do our best to inform you at the earliest opportunity when your order is placed. All products are subject to availability. PLEASE NOTE: Although we aim to keep prices for the life of the catalogue, circumstances beyond our control (including changes in rates of taxation (e.g. vat), currency fluctuations or inflationary cost increases) may cause price changes up or down.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made securely using one of the following methods:
1) MasterCard / Visa / Switch / Solo / Delta.
2) Cheque / Postal Order. Please make payable to 'TOWSURE PRODUCTS LTD',
ensuring all details are correct with valid bankers card number, expiry date, full
name, address and telephone number printed clearly on the reverse.
We do advise customers not to send any cash through the post, as
'TOWSURE PRODUCTS LTD' will not be held responsible for any losses.
GUARANTEE
All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months from date of purchase
unless otherwise specified. If a fault does occur during this period,
we shall arrange to have the item repaired or replaced after it has been inspected.
Any delivery charges will be met after inspection of the item.
AVAILABILITY
We aim to hold all items in stock, however should an item be more popular than we expected,
there may be occasional delays when ordering. If this does occur then an advice note will be
attached with your invoice. Sometimes we may experience difficulties with the supply of certain
products and may therefore provide a substitute of the same or better quality at no extra cost.
PART DELIVERY / DAMAGED GOODS
All your goods should arrive in perfect condition, however, if you do receive any goods that appear
to be faulty or damaged, the company must be advised within
72 hours of receipt. This applies to any items that may appear to be missing, unless stated on the
invoice that the item is currently out of stock. If any items are not to be used straight away, we
advise customers to check that these have been received in perfect condition and working order. The
company will do everything possible to ensure your delivery arrives on time and intact, we will not
accept responsibility for any additional expenses occurred due to late or incomplete deliveries.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
Products Purchased in our Superstores: All products purchased from one of our superstores must be returned to the same superstore and not sent to head office. This will enable us to deal with your return promptly.
Products Purchased Online/By Mail Order: Our superstores operate independantly from our Mail Order operation, and are normally unable to offer any exchange/refund for unwanted or faulty items purchased through our mail-order, sales orderline or website. In exceptional cases only, we may offer this facility at our discretion, by prior arrangement with our Customer Service Department. For your convenience, returned goods purchased by mail-order may be taken to a Towsure Superstore together with invoice and reason for return - the returned item/s and details will be forwarded to our Head Office where the refund/exchange will be processed
All goods returned must be clearly labelled and include full documentation, including the reason for return. All returnable goods must be reported to the company. Goods returned without notice will not be accepted. Carriage charges are non-refundable unless goods are faulty or have a manufacturing defect. A member of our Customer Service department will arrange for a collection of faulty goods through our carrier, alternatively you may return them via one of our stores as described above.
All other goods must be returned at the senders' expense. If required, the company offers a collection service at a charge of £9.95 per parcel (up to a maximum weight of 30kg) from Mainland UK. Other zones or countries, please call for a quote.
