Calor Gas cylinder exchange is available IN STORE ONLY.
This advertised price is for a refill/exchange of a CALOR branded 15kg butane cylinder - you must bring - or hire - a Calor gas cylinder of the same size and type.
We are unable to exchange cylinders from other manufacturers
If you do not currently have a Calor cylinder, you can also hire one at our stores. The price charged for the cylinder is a part-refundable deposit; the cylinder can be returned with its paperwork for a partial refund (the %age of the hire cost refunded is dependant on the hire period)
Do I need a Cylinder Refill Agreement?
If you don’t have an empty CALOR BRANDED bottle to bring for exchange you will need to purchase a new bottle along with a Cylinder Refill Agreement.
If you currently have a CALOR BRANDED empty bottle of the size listed above then all you need is a gas refill. Simply exchange your empty bottle for your new bottle in-store.
What is a Cylinder Refill Agreement?
When you first purchase a Calor gas bottle you are issued with a Refill Agreement Charge. All Calor gas bottles remain Calor's property for the duration of use and this allows Towsure, as an authorised Calor stockist to exchange bottles included in your order with supplies of gas.
A Towsure superstore will refill gas bottles by providing you with a pre-filled bottle in exchange for the empty bottle. A bottle can only be exchanged like for like, otherwise a new cylinder refill agreement will be charged.
