If you are buying a used caravan, you can prevent the heartbreak of finding out that you have been sold a stolen caravan by having it checked against the CRiS database (01722 411430) - this is a national listing of all caravans manufacturers since 1992 and this database can verify that the caravan is not stolen, written off or subject to finance.
