We recently bought this tensioner and thought it quite expensive but as the cheap one we already had was useless we really wanted one that would work and this one does. It is very easy to use and tensions the poles with no problems. You just hook it over the 2 poles that need tensioning, tighten the nuts and then use the lever to move the poles as tight as you want. Well worth the money.
