My wife uses a Vango 450SQ sleeping bag and wanted a pillow. This is nicely made, fits perfectly in a pouch on the bottom of the bag and does provide some support but it is actually quite thin
If you have to travel light then it might be good for you, but whn I do that I roll up my fleece and use that. When we car camp we still take normal pillows
If you like a thin pillow that fits your Vango bag nicely then this would definitely suit you better than us
