Your financial details
When your order is placed, your card payment details are encrypted and transmitted in their encrypted form to our authorised secure payment processor. As soon as payment has been authorised, our accounts system records only the authorisation code, which is used to in reference to your payment should we need to refund your card, without requiring your card details to be recorded by Towsure Products Ltd.

Payments made over the telephone are entered manually by our sales operators into our payment system, after which the same procedure as detailed above is followed.

Your credit/debit card details are not stored by Towsure Products Ltd.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
