XLC Fourth Hand Cycle Brake Cable Puller

XLC 'Fourth Hand' cable puller pliers make setting of any cable operated bicycle brakes quick, simple and accurate.

The cable puller can be used with most types of brake mechanism and features a thumb lock system - pull the cable through the brake to the desired tension, engage the thumb lock and the brake and cable are held in the required position whilst you tighten the cable clamp or pinch bolt.
