A great accessory for the owners of the Cayman Air* & Cayman F/G* providing a sleeping / storage extension to the awning.
The annexe simply zips onto the rear of the awning providing a tall sleeping extension complete with a darkened ‘Twilight’ micro-polyester two berth sleeping pod that can easily accommodate two adults, a double air bed, or three children.
Pitched simply using one robust yet lightweight fibreglass pole, there is an internal sewn-in groundsheet which means the inner tent can be removed to allow the annex to be used as additional storage or living space should you wish.
Produced from premium ultra-lightweight 120HDE fabric weave, which is lightweight, compact and packs away neatly into the inclusive carry bag, making it perfect where weight or space limitations are of key consideration. Exceptionally waterproof thanks to the 3,000mm Hydrostatic Head fabric which employs fully taped seams throughout, leaving rain to simply bead onto the surface, before rolling off.
The Cayman Annex is securely fitted to the awning using a zip with a weatherproof cover, simply zip off the rear panel on the Cayman F/G or Cayman Air (* 2021 onwards) and zip the annex on. Thread the fibreglass pole though the fabric and fix in place using the pre-attached pins, finish by pegging all pegging-points and guyropes ensuring all edges are tight and straight.
