Description

The Nitestar Alpha 300 Quad sleeping bag is a square, hooded sleeping bag designed for comfortable 3-season use and aimed at keen campers and outdoor explorers. The Polair ® Hex shell is made from a tough ripstop polyester that is hardwearing, breathable and machine washable, along with the Polair ® lining - tough, extra-soft and easily washable. Between the outer and inner sits the Alpha insulation, key to the high performance of this sleeping bag, which has a great loft to trap plenty of air for efficient insulation whilst packing down small.

Cold spots are avoided at the seams with the offset dual-layer construction, avoiding cold areas at the stitching lines, and an insulated adjustable shoulder baffle helps to retain more heat inside the bag ensuring a warm and comfortable sleep, together with the 3D hood with drawcord enclosure to retain body heat when needed.

The hooded bag is a square shape, slightly tapered at the foot but wider than a mummy bag, giving space for freedom of movement and comfort, and features a zip-guard with anti-catch piping to avoid the zip snagging and trapping on the lining, so that the bag is easy to zip open and closed on the left-handed zipper. When closed, the zip features an auto-lock to prevent it from pulling open during the night no matter how much you turn over and can be easily accessed from inside the bag, with a woven zip puller for easy operation.

An internal pocket provides convenient storage for small items, keeping valuables safely close by, and hanging loops built into this sleeping bag allow the bag to be hung for quick and easy drying.
